What the game says when you learn it
A physical shield has a limited resistence and tends to be easily broken when struck by attacks of inner Force You have to infuse your shield with your own inner force in order to protect youself from such an attack. This skill allows you to remain in a constant state of protection by suddenly injecting inner force into your shield at the precise moment an enemy hits you, and is appropriately named Shield Protection.
