Outlanders keeps this site
Outlanders exists because the international Silkroad community is scattered across servers, languages and time zones. We are putting it back together in one place: one guild, one language, one roster that actually knows each other.
The wiki, the map and the lookup tools on this site are for anyone who plays TRSRO, on any shard, whether you join us or not. We built them because we wanted them, and there was no reason to keep them to ourselves.
The guild itself is the smaller part. Plenty of guilds are a name on a list and a chat channel nobody reads; we are trying to build the other thing, a roster where people recognise each other, where the officers are reachable, and where showing up is worth your evening. That means being explicit about how we behave. The six principles below are the ones we actually enforce: in guild chat, on Discord, and when deciding who joins. None of them are aspirational.

What the guild stands for
Six commitments, each one something a member can hold an officer to.
Long-Term Progression
We build for the whole season, not for one fortress war. Gear, jobs and rank all move forward together.
Respect
Different countries, different accents, different schedules. Everyone gets the same baseline of respect.
Teamwork
Parties over solo play. Calls get made, roles get filled, and nobody is left standing at the gate alone.
Activity
Being active is not measured in hours per day. It is showing up, talking, and joining what you signed up for.
