The place is where the quest's own NPC stands, which the client says and our spawn table already knew, rather than a reading of the title. Four of the 1,158 name an NPC the client places nowhere, and those are grouped as such rather than guessed at.

A quest page is the game's own quest window, cut into the sections it draws, Task and Reward and Format and NPC and Monster and Scenario, and not rewritten. What it pays is kept as numbers beside it, and the monsters are the ones the client names by code rather than a reading of the prose.
