Many letters are badly damaged and the document cannot be deciphered perfectly, but, seeing from what can be deciphered, I see that this is an order for the Barbaroi. It says some kind of an experiment will take place in Eastern Europe. Who could possibly order around those untamable Barbaroi? The word "experiment" is unnerving, and so is the hidden identity of those who are behind the Barbaroi.
