Maximum stat and the options applied varies by where the equipment item is worn and its rank.

The other copies of this piece
The directory lists these as one entry, because they share a name, a slot and a tier. They are separate items with their own numbers.
Every copy of this piece
The game ships one piece of gear many times over, and the letter on the end of the code name means two different things depending on where it sits.
On an ordinary piece it is the tier: three of them at every degree, at rising levels and under different names. On a sealed piece it is the grade, and the level stays put while the price climbs. What the grades are called depends on the degree: up to 10 they are Seal of Star, Moon and Sun; degree 11 is Seal of Nova whatever the letter says; from 12 they are Magic, Rare and Legend. On a set piece the letter is neither, and says only which piece of the set you are looking at.

Read from the game client’s own data files, in the English our translation puts there. The code name ITEM_MALL_ARCHEMY_MAGICSTONE_RND_ALL_N_O_HOLD is the game’s own identifier, which is what lets a character’s equipment link to the item it is wearing.
